San Antonio offers Texas-sized adventures for folks of all ages, from theme parks and water parks to caves and outdoor playgrounds. Attractions
Just across the street from campus, the 343-acre Brackenridge Park winds along the San Antonio River. Along with canopies of trees, walking and jogging trails, and the San Antonio Zoo, you can take a miniature train all the way around the park.
Just north of downtown and south of campus is the Museum Reach section of the River Walk, which connects with the San Antonio Museum of Art, the Pearl, and the Tobin Center for Performing of Arts. Just south of downtown is the recently completed Mission Reach section of the River Walk, which connects the city center with the Alamo and the other San Antonio Missions (UNESCO World Heritage sites).
