Tigers are said to roar primarily to communicate with other tigers. Sometimes Tigers roar to attract attention and make other Tigers aware of the territory they have claimed. Sometimes it is to encourage younger tigers to try something new.

ACE is excited to launch “What Makes a Tiger Roar”, a new podcast where alumni identify the pivotal decisions in their lives, those proverbial fork-in-the-road moments that substantially contributed to their career journey and sense of self.

Hosted by Trinity Alumna and Emmy award winning journalist, Kristin Fraser ‘91, the podcast will feature a new alumni conversation each month. Episodes are available on Apple, Spotify, and Soundcloud platforms.

Career Consulting and Professional Development Resources

Career Consulting

Alumni Career Engagement (ACE) offers a supportive 1:1 Career Consulting Program to help alumni meet their career development goals.

Through four 60-minute sessions, over an eight-week period, participants will work directly with a career coach to explore methods to strategically advance their career.

Whether you are a C-Suite executive looking for management strategies to successfully lead a team, a mid-career professional exploring a career pivot, a recent grad seeking that first career opportunity, or an alum returning to work life after a professional hiatus, working with a career coach can give you the needed guidance to elevate your career path to new heights.
