"What Makes a Tiger Roar"
A Learning TUgether alumni podcast
Tigers are said to roar primarily to communicate with other tigers. Sometimes Tigers roar to attract attention and make other Tigers aware of the territory they have claimed. Sometimes it is to encourage younger tigers to try something new.
ACE is excited to launch “What Makes a Tiger Roar”, a new podcast where alumni identify the pivotal decisions in their lives, those proverbial fork-in-the-road moments that substantially contributed to their career journey and sense of self.
Hosted by Trinity Alumna and Emmy award winning journalist, Kristin Fraser ‘91, the podcast will feature a new alumni conversation each month. Episodes are available on Apple, Spotify, and Soundcloud platforms.
- Episode 1: Lauren Zamora, ‘00. Discover what key decisions Lauren Zamora made that led her down a path towards judgeship and how a trip to the zoo made a lasting impression.
- Episode 2: Nick Honneger, ‘13. Nick shares how his first job at 14 inspired him on a path to always be curious.
- Episode 3: Amanda Wise, ‘06. Amanda discusses how she transitioned from the healthcare sector to higher education and found balance along the way.
